Refund window
You may contact us within 7 days of purchase if activation fails or the app cannot run on a compatible device after reasonable troubleshooting.
Non-refundable situations
- The license has been activated and used successfully.
- The issue is caused by unsupported devices, modified operating systems or denied required permissions.
- The app is used outside the acceptable-use rules.
- Fraudulent, abusive or repeated refund requests.
